Hi all! I’m excited to share this sweetie peas hospital session. You may know it to be called a fresh 48 session or even brand new. Whatever you call it I love documenting it! This brand new, fresh time right after baby arrived. That super short time after your new baby arrives, it ends up being so blurry. Take it from me, so many things are happening and you are so overwhelmed with joy that one they are finally here and two all the postpartum yuk. I can be there to document this time so when you look back at your images all the memories will come flooding back.
Ben arrived right before the new year and gave his momma a run for her money! It was apparent that, even through the pain she was dealing with, the love she had for this little guy. It’s simply amazing how much you can love someone you just met.
I love this type of session as an alternative to a posed newborn session or even as an addition to it! This type of session is all lifestyle, meaning it’s unposed and completely natural. Have friends and family stop by and just hold and love on your new little one. A fresh 48 session is meant to show the joy and newness of this new life you just brought into the world.
